Graham Wright
Trustee, A Rocha International
Graham is an independent consultant and programme director focused on change management. He is an Associate Fellow with Oxford Said Business School, where he designs and runs Executive Education programmes, usually for Professional Services businesses. His main specialism is the practical application of psychology to achieve behaviour change – securing the engagement and motivation of senior executives, inspiring innovation and creativity and establishing a positive mindset in order to impact personal and corporate performance. Graham’s career has primarily been in management consulting. He spent over 25 years with PwC and IBM Global Business Services, including 16 as a partner, combining client relationship, sales and project delivery roles with business leadership. Working predominantly with Financial Services clients, his engagements covered board level visioning and facilitation, culture change and communication, performance improvement, operational transformation, new business launch and project direction.
Graham holds an MA in Engineering from Cambridge University and an MBA in Finance from Cass Business School, London. Married to Debbie, with four daughters, he is an active musician (piano and trumpet), and parkrun Run Director. He is in his second term with A Rocha International, having served previously as a trustee from 1995 to 2004, when he was responsible for the design of our international organization and operating practices.
