In Nashville, Tennessee, A Rocha’s vision to care for people and place can be heard in the music. Local songwriters and musicians host periodic workshops and arts retreats, their goal being to create lyrics reflecting a love and care for their part of the USA. They say, ‘It’s our hope that this music would go out to stir the church to a deeper care for creation. In 2014 we released the first volume of songs created during the retreats, From Smallest Seed, produced by singer-songwriter Sandra McCracken. Volume two, Together in the Harvest, continues these themes and conversations.’ Sample it here on Noisetrade.
