Bringing new hope to people in Talara, Peru

Meet Absalón, a resident of the Pariñas dry forest. In 2014, A Rocha Peru, in partnership with ContourGlobal, began a project to restore dry forest ecosystems and promote social development in Talara. Absalón is a neighbourhood council president whose knowledge and love of the forest makes his involvement a deep commitment.
